About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across multiple communication channels including call, chat, and text. You will be responsible for managing a bilingualSpanish queue.

Responsibilities Resolve moderate-to-complex inquiries via email/chat.
Execute policy endorsements and audits accurately across carriers.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and carrier SLAs.
Document cases with precision in Salesforce and carrier systems.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and SOP refinement.
