About The Role We are seeking a Senior Program Consultant to oversee the end-to-end contingent workforce requisition lifecycle across multiple functions and geographies. This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, labor market trends, supplier performance, and workforce solutions. The Senior Program Consultant will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize requisitions, ensure program compliance, and drive successful contingent workforce engagements using VMS technology. Location Kalamazoo, MI | Hybrid Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and guidance on candidate availability. Manage requisition activity and help optimize quality, speed-to-fill, and overall hiring outcomes. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, client stakeholders, and supplier partners. Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, requisition challenges, and workforce issues. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with program standards, including candidate submissions, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding. Guide stakeholders through the contingent workforce process using VMS platforms. Mentor junior team members and support process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and program communications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. 5+ years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, workforce solutions, or a related field. Experience working with MSP, VMS, or contingent labor programs. Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to travel as needed based on client and program requirements.
