OverviewThe Business Analyst II – Operations plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance operational performance and support organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsPartner with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentationSupport implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiativesUtilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-makingDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational performanceAssist in testing (UAT), implementation, and post-deployment support for system changesEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical solutionsFacilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communicationsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies preferredKnowledge of operational workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plusThe expected salary range for this role is USD $61,500.00 - USD $85,000.00 Yr.
