Overview
In this role you drive local marketing for Colliers Engineering & Design in New York, leading a regional team to elevate visibility across disciplines. You will partner with technical leaders, BD, and corporate marketing to ensure consistent messaging, compelling materials, and a strategy aligned with the firm’s mission. You’ll shape regional marketing plans, analyze markets, and guide initiatives that connect clients with differentiated value. Responsibilities Lead and develop a regional marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for the marketing staff Partner with business development to drive client engagement and differentiated value propositions Manage QA/QC for all marketing deliverables to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across materials Analyze client, competitor, and market data and share insights with BD and leadership Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives Track marketing metrics and pursuit outcomes to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Key requirements 7+ years proposal writing experience in A/E/C or professional services including staff management and business development In lieu of degree, 8+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field; equivalent experience considered Leadership, accountability, and collaborative mindset Mentorship and coaching experience to develop staff Strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and communication abilities Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM/proposal tracking tools Participation in industry events to stay current with industry and client activity Understanding of firm business practices, financials, goals, policies, and procedurescollaborationleadershipmentorship Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft OfficeCRM/proposal tracking tools
