About the role

Ozarks Technical Community College Foundation seeks a College Director of Foundation Operations to lead gift processing, donor data management, financial administration, and governance support, reporting to the Executive Director. This role drives fundraising infrastructure and ensures financial transparency in alignment with the Foundation’s mission. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in foundation operations with nonprofit finance knowledge and experience with Blackbaud/Ellucian systems.
