Key qualifications for the RVP / Recruiter role at the company include strong leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics. The role also involves providing training and development opportunities for new recruits and existing agency partners, monitoring and evaluating their performance, and staying abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
