About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Analystto join our client in downtown Chicago. This is a hybrid contract, with potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Must-Have: Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience1–2 recent years of hands-on Workday experienceExperience with Workday Payroll or payroll-related processes Excellent Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables / Pivot ChartsVLOOKUPData analysis and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of payroll data
  • Ability to analyze discrepancies, identify issues, and support accurate payroll processing and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Payroll reporting and variance analysis
  • Workday Time Tracking, Benefits, or Compensation
  • Accounting or Finance experience
  • Multi-state payroll
