Territory Representative

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory. Assist in executing local campaigns, events, and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours. Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights. Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory. Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.
