Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Enter and review invoices in Workday, ensuring accurate information and complete supporting documentation. Process invoices through the optical character recognition (OCR) workflow in Workday, verify captured data, and correct errors. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, working with vendors and internal teams to address outstanding questions. Review and reconcile vendor statements, research missing invoices, and resolve account discrepancies. Monitor the shared AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, detail oriented manner. Review employee expense reports for accuracy, supporting receipts, and compliance with company policies. Maintain organized AP records and complete recurring processing tasks accurately and consistently.

Qualifications: Hands-on full cycle accounts payable experience, including invoice processing, issue resolution, and vendor statement reconciliation. Knowledge of employee expense reports and related documentation. Workday experience preferred, with comfort learning OCR invoice processing workflows. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience managing a shared email inbox. Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI tools and willingness to use them within established team processes. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive transaction processing.
