About the role
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely (sit down forklift, hi-Reach forklift, electric pallet jack)
- Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work around moving equipment and dock traffic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
- Ability to lift and move products within established weight guidelines
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver palletized loads using manual and powered equipment
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, hand pallet jack)
- Ability to work in warehouse and dock environments with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including grasping, reaching, bending, and scanning
- Ability to visually inspect product condition, labels, quantities, and inventory information
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse and receiving experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skillsAbility to operate RF scanner and warehouse systems
- Ability to safely operate pallet jack and forklift
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize workload
