Travel Customer Experience Manager Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences in the Travel Industry Full-Time, Philadelphia-Based Role We're seeking a Travel Customer Experience Manager to lead client relationships, resolve challenges, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll be the voice of the client and the advocate for service quality managing communication, solving problems, and driving satisfaction across our travel operations. What You'll Do: Own client relationships from initial contact through post-travel follow-up Address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and turn challenges into loyalty moments Gather and communicate client feedback to improve our service offerings Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to deliver seamless experiences Maintain detailed client records and preferences to personalize future interactions Proactively reach out to clients to gather satisfaction insights and identify upsell opportunities Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail Document client interactions and outcomes to continuously improve service standards
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles (travel, hospitality, SaaS, or similar industries) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Strong problem-solving ability and calm demeanor under pressure Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality Proficiency with CRM systems, email management, and basic spreadsheet tools Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
