Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $32.00.

Job Responsibilities: Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest. Book reservations and coordinate registration Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Coordinate resolution of guest concerns Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications: Previous guest services experience preferred Demonstrates excellent customer service skills Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
