About the role

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is building an AI platform to automate insurance broker workflows, saving customers time and money. As Fulcrum’s Founding Operator, you’ll work with the leadership team on strategic projects, customer-facing work, analytics, and operational builds to ship outcomes quickly. This is an in-person role in San Francisco requiring high agency, executive presence, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
