Financial Management Manager You will be the Financial Management Manager for the TacIRST Finance Team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and oversight of production and development contracts. Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day activities for the production and development contracts within our rapidly growing TacIRST program area. As the TacIRST program area is projected to bring substantial growth to the S&GS Line of Business, this high visibility role requires the ability to communicate effectively with program and executive leadership. This position will require developing a diverse set of emerging talent to ensure program objectives are achieved. As the Financial Management Manager you will be responsible for leading the finance function that supports the high-visibility TacIRST program, communicating with executive leadership, and developing emerging talent. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage and lead an expanding team of cost control analysts Oversee and ensure the preparation of OS&P monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, providing deliverables to FP&ASupport the development and maintenance of the Long-Range Plan (LRP), 10-year sales outlook, and program area business cases Establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, manage program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations with recommendations for corrective actions Prepare quarterly estimates at complete (EACs) and create quarterly CSR charts for presentation to leadership Collaborate with the program team and financial management to monitor and track expenditures, highlighting issues, concerns, and trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met Interact with various TacIRST program and financial management personnel The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building high-performing teams, and delivers clear financial insight to senior leadership. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance Manages those that perform one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
Basic Qualifications: Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business-related degree Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel 8+ years of experience in program finance, cost management, or business operations, including Earned Value Management. Working knowledge of DFARS EVM reporting requirements. Ability to obtain a security clearance
