This position typically pays $20 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, mileage reimbursement in some routes, performance bonuses, and holiday pay depending on location and route. Sales Associates are responsible for traveling between multiple store locations on an assigned route, stocking shelves and coolers, building promotional displays, rotating product, tracking inventory, placing orders using handheld devices, and maintaining relationships with store managers. Employees must follow company merchandising standards, safety guidelines, and route schedules while ensuring stores are properly stocked. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, pension benefits in some locations, paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for advancement into Route Sales Representative or management roles. Some routes may also offer performance bonuses based on sales volume and display execution.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
