Overview Remote Administrative Business Partner (LOCAL ONLY) This range is provided by C-SUITE ASSISTANTS. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Location: New York, NY (remote with in-person requirement at NYC office in Midtown East about 3 times per month) About the Company A global consulting firm that partners with leading organizations – including those in the Fortune 500, is looking for an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to support members (most likely 3 execs) of the Client Delivery Team. The role is primarily remote and will require meeting in person about 3 times a month at the NYC office in Midtown East. There is room for growth in the role with the possibility of supporting a Managing Director after one year. The firm has a collaborative culture and is a nice place to work. There are a total of 6 ABPs in the department who all work together and support each other. About the Job Own complex scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them Ensure internal and external stakeholders are fully prepared for meetings through agenda planning, background research, and briefing materials Drive efficiency by strategically prioritizing competing demands and aligning calendars to achieve short- and long-term objectives Partner with client-delivery team to manage and track priorities, projects, and action items to completion Support data capture and management in Salesforce, ensuring records, contact lists, and tasks remain current and accurate Ability to visualize entire projects from start to finish, rather than focusing on individual tasks, ensuring that all components of a project are aligned and contribute to the overall goals Plan and manage travel arrangements and itineraries with precision, adapting quickly to real-time changes Prepare and submit timely, accurate expense reports in alignment with firm policies Build effective relationships throughout the firm and externally; foster a collaborative and supportive culture Serve as backup support for other ABPs, ensuring uninterrupted coverage and continuity for the client-delivery team and other stakeholders Actively contribute to ABP team meetings, sharing best practices and streamlining processes Partner with the client-delivery and Operations Team on initiatives and ad hoc projects that drive the firm’s impact Support onboarding new team members to ensure smooth integration into the firm Qualifications / About You Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner, or similar role in a fast-paced professional environment BA/BS from a college or university Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom/Teams, and experience with Salesforce and Concur (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems) Ability to manage multiple shifting demands across different stakeholders and time zones Effective interpersonal and communication skills able to build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information Adaptability and resilience thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment with competing priorities Knowledge of Salesforce or ability to learn Benefits & Perks Salary, Bonus, Benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401K, Paid Vacation Hours Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
