About the role

Naviron is pleased to partner with a PE firm that invests in bootstrapped, vertical B2B SaaS companies, helping them scale from $10M to $50M+ in ARR. They're looking for a RevOps Consultant to join their team to work hands-on across their portfolio to evaluate, design, and build go-to-market systems for growth-stage SaaS companies. This is a consulting-style role where you'll be working across multiple portfolio companies rather than owning a single system, partnering with everyone from Salesforce admins to VPs of RevOps to CFOs. What you'll do: Design target-state RevOps architectures: data models, system-of-record decisions, integration patterns, automation, and reporting Build proofs of concept in Salesforce, HubSpot, and adjacent platforms to test an approach before a company commits implementation resources Advise companies moving off legacy CRMs onto HubSpot as they scale from $5M to $20M+ ARR Support hands-on system setup and data cleanup in earlier-stage companies that don't yet have a dedicated RevOps team Conduct technical diligence on tooling decisions including vendor evaluations, RFP support, contract review, second opinions on shortlisted platforms Build and maintain a cross-portfolio library of working architectures, common failure modes, and vendor strengths by company stage Partner with portfolio RevOps teams and external partners during implementation to ensure a smooth process to launch Translate complex technical assessments into clear, actionable recommendations for company executives What you have: 4-7 years in hands-on RevOps, Salesforce architecture, GTM systems, or technical RevOps consulting Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions and RevOps KPIs Deep Salesforce fluency; experience with data modeling, flow design, & ability to read and refactor mature org configurations Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect-track) preferred Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Marketo/Pardot, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo/Clay, CPQ tools, & a BI layer like Looker or Tableau Comfort with data and working-level SQL, GTM data modeling, and the judgment to know when a reporting problem is really a data problem High EQ and ability to earn trust and adapt your approach across very different stakeholders, from Salesforce admins to executive leadership An eye for what scales, having seen systems break (and work) at different company stages Experience with AI tools in a GTM/RevOps context PE/VC-backed company experience a big plus #J-18808-Ljbffr

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
