About the role

QuantumScape Battery, Inc. is seeking a Principal Process Development Engineer to advance Cobra ceramic separator manufacturing processes in a hands-on R&D setting. You will design experiments and guide processes from prototype to production tooling, shaping the long-term roadmap and scale-up strategy. You will lead data analysis and hardware improvements, interfacing with mechanical and controls engineers to deliver robust solutions. On-site work is required.
