Job Description:
- Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville will be responsible for: Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Communicating regularly with clients, architects, and engineers
- Overseeing project documentation and reporting
- Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Driving quality assurance and timely project delivery

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville should have:5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
