Required Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in invoice processing, billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), collections, or related financial operations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Office or Workspace.
Strong Excel Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (highly preferred) or SAP. Experience working in a large enterprise organization. Previous experience in media, entertainment, digital advertising, marketing operations, or streaming services. Familiarity with vendor onboarding platforms such as Graphite Connect. Exposure to vendor payment processes, financial reconciliation, and marketing expense tracking.
