About the role
To support customer engagement and operational improvement, the full-time Customer Transformation Specialist will work remotely to understand customer operations, guide behavior changes for increased value, and share insights with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
Understand customer operations and identify areas of friction in buying, selling, and inventory processes
Guide customers in implementing practical behavior changes to maximize value from the platform
Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales to provide actionable insights for product improvements and strategy enhancements
Required qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B operational transformation
Fluency in English is mandatory
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead challenging conversations
Ability to handle objections constructively and use feedback for improvement
Experience in the floriculture industry is a strong plus
