Sales Director
constant hireOmaha (NE)
About the role
Our Client is hiring a Director of Sales & Analytics to own the sales and analytics function, build a pipeline that doesn’t depend on inbound, and drive revenue growth.
Location: Remote (US)
About Our client is a full-service e-commerce agency that runs Amazon and Walmart programs, along with Meta, Google, and TikTok, for around 250 partner brands. They hold a 99.2% client retention rate, which helped land them on the Inc. 500.
Role Overview:
You will lead sales and analytics and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on leadership seat: you will build and sustain the pipeline, own the revenue number, and run a small team of two account executives, an analyst, and an SDR. You will also work with the service teams so what gets sold lines up with what gets delivered, and you will help shape partnerships and new offerings as the business grows.
What You’ll Do:
Pipeline ownership: Build and sustain a pipeline of business that hits top-line revenue targets, with outbound and partnerships as engines rather than waiting on inbound.
Revenue accountability: Own the new-business number, forecast it accurately, and hold the team to clear KPIs.
Process and win rate: Tighten qualification, sales process, and follow-up to raise close rate, ACV, and lifetime value.
Team leadership: Hire, coach, and upgrade the AEs and SDR, and give the team the direction and mentorship to perform.
Executive reporting: Give the executive team clear, honest reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and what you are changing.
Cross-team alignment: Work closely with the service teams so what is sold matches what can be delivered and retained.
Partnerships and BD: Design and run strategic partnership and business development plays, and grow relationships with key partners.
Market and offering: Track market trends and competitors, and push on new and improved offerings that help them win.
Who You Are:
A proven sales leader in a high-growth environment, ideally in an agency, professional services, e-commerce, Amazon, or performance marketing business.
Someone who has owned a meaningful new-business number and hit it without leaning on a founder to close.
Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and sales process.
Experienced building outbound and pipeline generation, not just managing inbound leads.
Experienced hiring, coaching, and developing account executives and SDRs.
Metrics-driven and operationally disciplined, with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Credible with Amazon and Walmart marketplace topics, so you can talk strategy with brand owners from day one.
A strong communicator who is comfortable with executives, clients, and a small team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who has built a repeatable sales machine in an agency or services business and wants to own the number.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
