About the role

Any applicants without a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification will NOT be considered Hybrid Role - UP TO 60% REMOTE SUPERVISION
Ready to change lives from your couch (or wherever you like) while still making an impact in the field? Coyne & Associates is calling! Join us as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor, where you’ll make a big difference in little lives with the perfect blend of remote flexibility and hands‑on, in‑person support. Why Coyne? Coyne & Associates has been making a difference for over 20 years, but we’re still small enough that you’ll never feel like just another cog in the machine. With about 300 employees, you’ll actually get to know your team, collaborate, and thrive in a close‑knit, meaningful environment. We’re also owned by BCBAs, which means we understand exactly what you need to excel in this role. We’ve got some serious bragging rights too: one of the highest-rated ABA agencies on Glassdoor, and a multi-year Top Workplace™ winner, including 2026 Top Workplace™ USA. Plus, we don’t just train our staff, we train them right. Your technicians won’t be stuck behind a screen; they’ll be in the home, learning hands‑on in real‑life sessions. And yes, they get paid their full rate during training because we know how to keep great people around!
What’s in it for you?

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
