Job Description: Color Direct, Inc. is a printer and manufacturer in Milwaukee. We are growing and hiring for 1st shift production cutter operator. Qualified candidates have experience operating a guillotine/power cutter or bindery equipment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined problem solvers who are able to work on their feet for eight hours and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Punctuality and consistent attendance are paramount. Well-suited candidates have an excellent attendance track record, welcome constructive feedback, show initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
