About the role

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the operations and ongoing enhancement of the investor portal. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, high-quality investor experience and involves collaboration with third-party fund administrators, internal stakeholders, and the investor base. A critical aspect of this position is serving as the primary administrator of the FIS Digital Data Exchange (DDX) investor portal, which provides investors access to fund performance data and important documents.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the FIS-DDX investor portal, ensuring secure and accurate access for investors. Oversee the organization, security, and distribution of investor materials, ensuring timely and accurate releases. Monitor portal operations to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with administrators. Facilitate onboarding of new investors, guiding them through electronic subscription workflows. Provide support for portal inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to enhance portal functionality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.5 years of experience in private equity, asset management, or related fields. Strong familiarity with investor portal platforms, specifically FIS-DDX, and electronic subscription workflows. Experience with data management, document security, and portal configurations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
