About the role

Hadrian is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager to design, build, and scale workplace services across multiple sites in support of rapid manufacturing growth. You will own vendor relationships, budget, and FF&E programs to ensure a smooth, secure, and productive work environment. The role requires 5+ years in workplace services or facilities, strong vendor management, and the ability to operate at scale with a bias for process and speed in a multi-site manufacturing setting.
