You are the bridge between clinical staff, administrative staff, and individuals receiving services and the first face that people see when they come in! This role includes customer service, and medical records. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong customer service skills, effective communication skills and be detailed oriented. The ability to maintain compliant medical records per state and federal regulations. A conscientious work pattern which elicits the confidence of coworkers, external contacts, and individuals receiving services. Strong cooperation and collaboration skills.
