About the Role & TeamThe Media Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the execution, delivery, quality assurance, and optimization of media campaigns and advertising initiatives across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels. This role ensures campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and delivered in compliance with internal standards, platform requirements, and business objectives. Working closely with marketing, advertising, creative, analytics, agency, and vendor partners, the Media Operations Associate contributes to operational excellence through effective campaign coordination, process adherence, troubleshooting, and performance reporting. About the WorkEnsure we are delivering accurate and timely scores, stats, odds and news across all leagues and tournaments on all platforms. Recognize and escalate urgent issues as appropriate. Provide support for users sending feedback, asking questions, or having difficulty with any of our products. Conduct quality assurance for new leagues and features. Data entry (e.g. update sports TV listings, MMA results, etc.).Monitor alerts and functionality of the applications. Other duties as required.
About You:
Post-secondary degree or close to completion.
Experience in customer service.
Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Must be computer savvy.
Experience using iPhone and Android devices on the daily basis.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
