Computational Biologist (Fully Remote)

About the role
Contribute analyses to projects discovering novel drug targets, biomarkers and disease subtypes through reverse translation based on multi-omics patient or pre-clinical data.
Analyze biomedical datasets using classical or novel omics methods and machine/deep learning algorithms.
Participate in interpretation of results and help design validation strategies with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
MSc/PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, biology, machine learning, or related field.
Experience with omics data, NGS pipelines, and integrating multi-omics datasets.
Good knowledge of molecular and cellular biology, especially in cancer or human diseases.
