About the role

Client in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs. Training will be provided to troubleshoot and repair ATM modules, with emphasis on problem-solving and on-site customer service. You will represent the Client brand, manage calls, and escalate issues as needed while adhering to security and SLA requirements. Travel and rotating shifts may be involved depending on service area.
