Project Coordinator | Roselle, IL | $60K–$70KA growing manufacturing and engineering company in the western suburbs is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across departments, and making sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion Communicate with project managers, engineering, procurement, shipping, and other internal teams Track project milestones, deadlines, documentation, and deliveries Monitor purchasing, parts availability, and long-lead items Help identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate solutions Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, and billing information Support shipping and logistics coordination Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle What they’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, purchasing, estimating, or a similar role Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Manufacturing, OEM, engineering, procurement, or ERP experience is a plus What’s offered:$60K–$70K salary range, with flexibility for the right candidate Full benefits upon conversion If you're an organized, proactive professional who enjoys being the person keeping projects and teams moving forward, please apply.
