About the role
Driving scalable and compliant servicing experiences, the full-time remote Operations Enablement Leader will define and execute strategies to enhance operational readiness while managing cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
Lead complex cross-functional programs ensuring alignment with servicing strategy and business priorities
Define and execute servicing strategies by developing program roadmaps and tracking progress against KPIs
Drive enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale operations
Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification preferred)
Experience in knowledge management and training implementation using platforms like Salesforce or LMS
Strong background in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech
