About the role

Faith Community Church in southwest Iowa seeks a full-time, licensed Associate Pastor to lead our youth (6th–12th) and children (1st–5th) ministries. The role requires CMA licensing and a passion for discipling young people within an intergenerational church. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, recruit and develop volunteers, and collaborate with the pastoral team to equip families and the wider congregation for ministry impact.
