Piper Companies Piper Companies is seeking an Integration Engineer to support healthcare data exchange initiatives in a remote setting. This fully remote position will focus on troubleshooting, monitoring, and developing healthcare integrations that support the secure exchange of clinical information across healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HL7 interfaces, healthcare data integration, and production support environments. Responsibilities for the Integration Engineer: Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting production healthcare data feeds and interfaces. Monitor integration workflows and ensure accurate, reliable data delivery. Support implementation, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare integrations. Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to investigate and resolve interface issues. Develop monitoring and alerting processes to proactively identify integration problems. Qualifications for the Integration Engineer: 2+ years of healthcare integration or healthcare IT experience. Experience working with HL7 v2 messaging, including ADT message types. Strong troubleshooting skills with production data feeds and end-to-end issue resolution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment. Experience with Mirth Connect, SQL, or Python is preferred. Compensation for the Integration Engineer includes:
Salary: $40-$50/hr depending on experience.
