About the role

To enhance customer engagement and support healthcare professionals, the full-time Neuroscience Specialist (MI) will proactively reach out to HCPs using in-person, virtual, and digital tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate insights and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access and patient care guidance Engage customers through various digital tools and facilitate speaker programs to share insights Elevate market insights and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals Required Qualifications At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3 years of B2B sales experience in a regulated environment 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders Strong commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
