Travel: Approximately 50%Pay: $95,000 to $105,000 base plus commission Open up an untapped Greater Boston market as a Senior Business Development Executive, selling temperature-controlled storage and clean-room solutions to pharma, life sciences, and food industry leaders. Must-Haves 5 to 7+ years of B2B business development, strategic account management, or consultative sales experience Proven success building a territory or customer base through new business, not just servicing inbound orders Experience selling complex, high-value solutions such as capital equipment, rentals, industrial products, or technical services Comfort selling to C-suite and executive decision-makers as well as operations, facilities, and purchasing teams Strong financial acumen with the ability to communicate ROI and long-term business value CRM experience for pipeline management and forecasting Ability to travel about 50% in a field-focused outside sales role
What You'll Do: Spend about 80% of your time on new business development across Greater Boston Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events Uncover customer needs around timing, infrastructure, budget, and temperature-control requirements Design consultative solutions using rental, sale, storage, and controlled-environment offerings Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and close Grow a small base of existing accounts by finding new applications and locations Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to deliver solutions that work Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events Nice-to-Haves Cold-chain, refrigeration, temperature-control, or clean-room industry experience Sales experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical, or food markets Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience considered)
Compensation and Benefits: $95,000 to $105,000 base salary based on experience Commission and sales incentive opportunity Wide-open territory with substantial untapped growth potential
