About the role
Citi's CSIS Crisis Management program in Charlotte leads day-to-day crisis response and readiness across the Americas. This senior role reports to the Global Crisis Management Execution Head and drives end-to-end execution of Citi's crisis management framework. The successful candidate will have 10+ years in crisis management within a large, regulated global organization, strong incident response and leadership skills, and the ability to brief senior leaders under pressure.
