- Find and engage great candidates
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, Job Boards, OpenDorse Partnership and your own outreach
- Contact and follow up with candidates by phone, email, and LinkedInPartner with leadership
- Lead first-round sourcing and screening, then pass the baton to leadership for next-round interviews
- Write clear interview summaries and advocate for the candidates you believe inTrack every candidate's stage in the hiring process in internal platforms, and keep leadership updated on where each one stands
- Own onboarding
- Coordinate paperwork, reference checks, equipment setup, and travel
- Welcome new hires on day one and check in throughout training, 30/60/90 days
- Serve as Training Coordinator for new-hire classes, including basic sales training
- Be a go-to resource as new hires settle inRequired Qualifications 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Onboarding or new-hire training experience
- Knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and ADPStrong phone, video, and written communication with candidates
- Exceptional ability to present and advocate for candidates to leadership
- A team player who works well with leadership and across departments
- Strong attention to detail and time management, able to hit weekly targets while keeping records accurate
