Job Summary: This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the department, shift or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications: Require current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants, or a Registered Medical Assistant by the American Society of Medical Technologist, or a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) by the National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP). Require two (2) years of healthcare experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting. Mandatory Education
