About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data analytics, ETL, data warehousing, and data visualization. The role will focus on developing scalable dashboards and reporting solutions, integrating data from multiple sources, and optimizing Tableau environments for performance and usability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Build complex calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, and data-driven visualizations. Work with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud. Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes. Perform data integration, cleansing, blending, transformation, and validation. Work with Big Data, data warehouses, and cloud databases to deliver analytics solutions. Optimize Tableau dashboards and data sources for performance, scalability, and usability. Troubleshoot Tableau and data-related performance issues. Support Tableau administration, including security, permissions, scheduling, publishing, and deployments. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate requirements into effective analytics solutions. Use Git-based version control and follow established development and deployment practices. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of hands-on software development or BI/analytics experience. Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud. Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling. Experience with ETL, Big Data, data warehousing, and cloud databases. Strong understanding of data integration, cleansing, blending, and validation. Experience with Tableau performance optimization and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Tableau administration, security, permissions, scheduling, and deployment. Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or SVN. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
