Saw Processor Shift: 2nd (4p-12am)
Pay Rate: $20.75+ Shift Differential
Position Summary:
Provides the set-up, operation and maintenance of the Python X and plans for the efficient operation of the Python. Ability to fulfill general Warehouse and Processor duties as assigned or needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Measure stock lengths
Load and unload material from the machine
Package complete jobs for shipment
Operate overhead cranes, forklift, and warehousing
Load and manipulate programs where necessary
Measure parts with tape, and/or square
Read prints or digital files to ensure part conforms to customer's design
Inspect and change consumables to ensure optimal cut quality
Perform daily Python preventative maintenance and accurately fill out daily Python inspection log
General maintenance and cleaning of Python as assigned
Put away all drops daily
Maintain a safe and efficient work area.
Maintain organization of consumables and machine specific tooling
Good attendance is an essential function of this job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work as a team member without close supervision to meet Company and personal goals.
Capable of reading a tape measure, calipers, and orders.
Good reading, writing and math skills as measured by a pre-employment test.
Ability to meet physical demands of position which are required 95% of the work day (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs independently, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing).
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.25 - $22.25
