About the Role: DRP Truck & Equipment is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Cadiz, OH. This is your opportunity to work on a diverse range of heavy equipment and machinery while being part of a dedicated, hard-working crew. This position is a Full-time, Hourly Position with the potential to make $110,000-$150,000 per year! Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and trucks to ensure safe and efficient operation Perform preventive maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems Complete accurate service records and maintenance documentation Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs Collaborate with service team members to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Requirements: Proven experience as a heavy equipment or diesel technician Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Own a personal set of professional hand tools Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
