About the role

Zipline is seeking a Weather Intelligence lead to define and enforce environmental limits for safe aircraft operations. You will own the automated weather decision system, collaborating across meteorology, software, flight operations, and safety to ensure continuous, defensible go/no-go decisions across global missions. You will lead a small cross‑functional team, drive validation with simulations and live operations, and shape the roadmap for sensing, data ingestion, and runtime decision
