Security/Courier Services Department Supervisor*The work location for this position is Grace Medical Center*Provides first line assistant supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives. In the absence of the Shift Captain, serves as the supervisor of the shift. Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations. Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits. Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.
Experience: 1-3 years
Education:
  • High School / GED preferred
  • Licensures & Certifications:
  • IAHSS Supervisor Certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
Pay Range: $18.50 to $28.65 Based On Experience
