About the role
To support business operations, the full-time Pennsylvania Contract Analyst will develop, review, and maintain contracts, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards
Identify potential operational, legal, and financial issues, providing recommendations throughout the contract development process
Manage contract template documents and maintain accurate records of contractual agreements and reference materials
Required qualifications
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in contract analysis or a related field
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program is required; an Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred
Experience with healthcare regulatory environments and legal analysis
Proficiency in legal writing and documentation practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team
