About the role

SUMMARY: As the General Manager of HVAC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization. This includes managing a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide effective leadership to the management team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality of service. Monitor and manage resource allocation to meet demands. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the sales team to identify new business opportunities and designate price book. Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the workflow of all employees at Arctic to ensure goals, standards, objectives, and policies are understood and met. Monitor & evaluate all business activities at Arctic for consistency and coaching opportunities. Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Enforce quality control standards to uphold the company's commitment to excellence. Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by leader.
