What You'll Be Doing: As a Confectionary Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere Kilwins is known for. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to. Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Overseeing the preparation of our signature treats, such as fudge, chocolates, caramel apples, and waffle cones. Ensuring product quality and consistency by following Kilwins' time-honored recipes and techniques. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with inventory management and restocking to keep the store running efficiently. Providing hands‐on guidance and training to team members to uphold Kilwins' standards of excellence. Preparing and hand‐crafting chocolates, fudge, and other confections using time‐honored techniques. Ensuring every product meets Kilwins' exceptional quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support food safety and production efficiency. Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our Guests.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for leadership and a love for all things sweet. To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, food service, or a similar environment. Full availability year around! Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and daily operations. A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
