About the role
Passionate about photography, the full-time remote Camera Pro Support Specialist will provide expert technical assistance for Canon consumer camera and video products, assist customers with service requests, and support Canon Professional Services (CPS) members with troubleshooting and service coordination.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver technical support via phone for Canon camera and video products
Assist customers with service requests, payment processing, and equipment inquiries
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
Advanced knowledge of camera and photography equipment
Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems in a virtual environment
