Business Development Manager | Chicago, USAWhat This Role Is About Our client, a well-known FMCG brand, is looking for a Business Development Manager, based in Chicago, to manage and expand its distribution network across the USA.The role will focus on developing new distribution opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding the brand’s presence across key markets. You will work closely with distributors and commercial partners to identify growth opportunities and build a strong route to market. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong FMCG commercial experience who understands the US market and can take ownership of distribution growth and business development. The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit 5+ years of business development or sales experience within FMCGStrong experience managing distributors and distribution networks across the USAProven track record of expanding market presence and developing new business opportunities Good understanding of the US FMCG market, retail landscape, and routes to market Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term distributor relationships Experience managing sales performance, market development, and commercial growth Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is preferred Must be based in the USA, ideally in or around Chicago This is an opportunity to take ownership of distribution growth for a well-known FMCG brand and play a key role in expanding its presence across the US market.
