About the role

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Campus Director to lead the Southeast Campus program in Plymouth, MA. You will supervise all staff, oversee operations, and partner with the VP/AVP to align services with client needs and outcomes. You will oversee budgeting, policy implementation, intake/discharge processes, and crisis management while building community ties with agencies to ensure eligible client flow. A Master’s in social work or related field is preferred.
